Participating Builders & Architects Committee
Responsibilities
All builders and architects working within the New Albany Country Club Community Association on new construction homes and/or renovations and additions are required to be approved by the PBAC. Residential Designers will be considered for approval with project origination based on qualification. The Participating Builders & Architects Committee is responsible for reviewing all applicants.
