Current Year’s Budget
The New Albany Country Club Community Association Board of Trustees gathers annually to prepare a budget for the coming year, as well as monthly meetings to review financials. The income is based on the assessments collected from the homeowners. Expenses are based on various upcoming projects and routine maintenance of the grounds and amenities.
The Reserve Study provides a projection for repairs and/or replacement spread over the next 5 years. This helps the board to budget accordingly. Below is the most recent reserve study.
