CONTINUITY & APPEARANCE


Continuity of aesthetic appearance within the Country Club Homeowners Association is held to high standard.

The Architectural Review Committee and management of the high standards are to ensure the attractiveness of the individual lots and parcels developed within the Country Club.

Vigilance for safeguarding against any improvements built of improper or unsuitable materials or with improper quality or methods of construction is conducted through compliance inspections. The goal to preserve a harmonious appearance and function and to encourage the development of advanced technological, architectural, and engineering design is for the continued excellence of the Country Club Community area.

  • Matching material for any type of maintenance or repair is required. Examples are brick color & type, roof shingles & type (color and material), walkways, handrails, etc. Mismatched material or color will be required to be replaced in entirety.

  • New construction materials, colors and plans are required to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee and will be consistent with Georgian Architecture.
