FAQ - WINDOWS, BRICK, ROOF, SIDING AND TRIM
Homeowners & Builders are required to review their project specific community design guidelines prior to beginning the design process. The following list of materials and manufacturers are pre-approved selections by the ARC or equivalent will be considered. Each lot located within the NACCCA community shall be reviewed separately, and it is the right of the ARC to modify the design standards on a case by case basis.

Approved Window Vendors: The ARC suggests homeowners contact an approved window vendor to assist with window projects. This will ensure the homeowners are obtaining the proper windows for their Section.
