ARCHTECTURAL REVIEW SUBMISSIONS
The Process for Your Submission:
The Submission Process consists of four steps:
Find Your Section & Lot Number
Check your Design Guidelines
Complete the ARC Submission Form
Complete the Materials Form
Combine your Materials Form to your project documents
Send Your Payment (Payments are due at time of submission!)
After reading the information below, please proceed to the “Begin Process” page on the bottom-right of the page.
IMPORTANT
PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL FOR AN INDIVIDUAL CHANGE!
Only complete submissions and re-submissions will be accepted
New Submissions & Re-Submissions are reviewed as a complete package
Please combine, scan & send as one complete PDF submission attachment. Do not send an email with multiple individual attachments
Information will not be pieced together from multiple emails or multiple attachments for submitting parties
Re-send the entire revised submission package with your change(s) identified
What documents might I need to provide detail about my project?
Scaled representations, dimensions and the size & type of planting material upon installation are always required.
Details paint the picture of what you intend for the review committee, so be specific.

How do I combine my forms to make a complete submission?
Scan them and attach to an email.

Try Adobe Acrobat or scanning your separate pieces of planning to make one attachment.

Attaching Documents:
When you are done, send your submission as one attachment email to arc@naccchoa.org
We will NOT review submissions with Supplemental Materials sent via multiple separate emails.
If these size of your files exceeds the amount that your email sender will allow you to send in a single email, upload the materials to a shared cloud folder using a tool such as Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive, and send a shareable access URL in the body of your email in place of file attachments. Make sure all files are clearly labeled.
Submissions that are complete and received by:
3:30 P.M. on Friday will be reviewed the following Tuesday. Please note that ARC meetings are every Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. No submissions will be accepted after Friday beginning September 21, 2023.
Depending on the volume of the reviews, results can take up to 14 days.
Reviews will not be released prior to payment received. In the event a review is released without payment, the charge will be added to the owners HOA account.
