RULES & REGULATIONS

What are the Rules & Regulations?

The beauty of the New Albany Country Club’s Georgian architecture is upheld by a level of conformity and consistency throughout the different sections of the community. The Homeowners Association is defined by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (Governing Documents known as CC&R’s). The authority of the Board Members and the meeting types are defined by the Code of Regulations (Known commonly as Bylaws).

Declaration of Covenants & Code of Regulations

All homes located within the New Albany Country Club Community Association are not only bound to the two specific sets of documents below; they are also bound by the New Albany Communities Master Association rules and regulations. Purchase of a property within a Homeowners Association makes membership automatic and is legal acceptance of the rules defined for the community.
