VACANT LOT & MOWING

In order to maintain uniformity, consistency and to uphold the appearance standards of The New Albany Country Club Community, the Association has a policy in place to mow all vacant lots within the community, this policy was announced at the 2019 Annual Homeowner’s Meeting.

This policy covers all unimproved, vacant or empty lots including those that are staked but not yet excavated. Once a lot has started excavating, the lot owner is responsible for maintaining any and all remaining trees, plants and grass going forward.

As an owner of an unimproved, vacant or “empty lot,” you will not need to schedule mowing. Each lot will be mowed 15 times during the growing season (Mid-April through Mid-October) and each lot owners account will be charged on a monthly basis for these services. The cost for lot mowing will be $128.00 per month in 2023.
